Zen Zero Conditioning dates back to 2025.
The birth of the Zen Zero comes from a real investment to dynamise and relax your health.
By lauching a varied program, you will follow a guided path to lead you to your goals. You will belong to others through joining a group.
We focus on the release of daily issues (anxiety, stress, body tensions, ..) from everyday life.

Through our program, you would search one primary goal : health.
The launch of Zen Zero created a combinaision of exercises to work on your brain, organism and spirit.
By exercising, you will maintain a stable mindset to help from daily struggle such as stress and anxiety that will decrease.

Had the experience as brand communication specialist and supply chain officer in a French cosmetic company in Japan.
Lived in France for 8 years with work experience in an advertisement agency, a food company, and a localization agency to deepen the knowledge of marketing, communication, and the localization business.
Founded FOCUS J in January 2021 in Japan.

Who can participate to the sessions ?
Everybody from accross the world is welcomed to maintain your body and international contact.
What if I struggle with English ?
No worries about your level, our program is fully explained in a basic english to make it understandable.
Can we pay in multiples times ?
We don't allow multiples payments as our program is a monthly or annually subscription.
Are debutants allowed to participate ?
Yes, no level is required to join the program as everybody improve gradually.
What material is needed for the sessions ?
We suggest you to have a mat for the floor, and also bring a cup of water (it's important !)

No, our program is fully teached in english to allow people form accross the world to participate.
What if I was absent to one session ?
Each week, the last session will be upload on the member page. You will be able to do it by yourself !
If because of my schedules, I can't join any session ?
We upload every week the achieve session, which you have access to do it at home.
